In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and its regulations, Suria Eco Development Sdn Bhd (and its subsidiaries, associates and related companies) (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data.    When you engage with us, for example, by registering interest in a property, participating in a promotion or submitting enquiries, we may collect personal data including but not limited to your name, identity card or passport number, contact details (address, email, telephone), nationality, date of birth, marital status, occupation, income range, bank or financing information, as well as data relating to third parties such as your authorised representatives or emergency contacts.

• entering into and performing Sale & Purchase Agreements, tenancy or service contracts;
• administering property management, defect rectification, hand-over and after-sales services;
• conducting customer relationship management, market research and profiling;

3. Disclosure to Third Parties
   Your personal data may be shared (with your consent or as permitted by law) with third parties including our group companies, joint venture partners, financial institutions, solicitors, auditors, utilities and service providers, government or regulatory authorities, contractors and property management entities.

• proceed with your property purchase, tenancy or service agreement;
